Support.

All support for Kothari IT Services Private Limited software, our web products, systems we operate for business clients, and our mobile apps, goes through these channels:

We reply within one working day. A senior person reads every message; there is no ticket robot between you and an answer. We are based in Pune, India.

The more of this you include, the faster the first reply is useful:

• Which product or app you are using, and the organization you use it with.
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or the exact text of any error message.
• The email address or username you sign in with, so we can find your account.

Never send passwords. We will not ask for them.

If you use a system KIT operates on behalf of your employer or a business you work with, your organization's own administrator is often the fastest first stop, because access and permissions live with them. You can still write to us directly; where a change needs your organization's approval, we route it there and say so.

If you believe you have found a security problem in anything KIT operates, email info@kothariit.comwith “Security” in the subject line. These messages go to the top of the queue. Please do not test a suspected vulnerability against live systems or other people's data.

Requests about your personal data, including account deletion, have their own documented process on the data deletion page, and how we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. New business enquiries are welcome through the contact page.
