The situation

Dealer network, dispatch, and service operations ran on spreadsheets and phone calls. The business needed one system it could trust with daily operations.

What we built

A custom operations ERP, live in production since May 2026, followed by their HR system and two product websites.

How it runs

Continuous offsite backups with a tested restore path, monitored services with auto-restart, and a documented rollback procedure. Every release passes a human gate.

The situation

Jewellery businesses run HR patterns most software ignores: incentives, trade-specific attendance, and complete separation between houses.

What we built

Swarna HRM, a multi-tenant HR platform, running live payroll for a jewellery house with per-business isolated data, and a second house being onboarded.

How it runs

One managed platform. Each house sees only its own world; the platform team runs the shared infrastructure.

Construction & interiors

A real-estate group and an interiors studio run their sales pipeline on KIT.

The situation

A construction group needed its sales operation and books in systems, not inboxes. An interiors studio was pricing projects by hand from design PDFs.

What we built

The group's sales CRM and accounting system run live in production. For the studio, a quotation engine reads design PDFs and produces priced, branded quotations in minutes.
